Frostproof Martial Arts Academy
Join the Frostproof Martial Arts Academy for a family oriented, martial arts program that provides students with both physical and spiritual strengthening. The training that you receive will increase your endurance and flexibility, and keep you in great shape . GoJu-Ryu karate is a traditional form of Okinawan karate, focusing primarily on hand techniques and low kicks for self defense. Through strength building and endurance exercises students will learn self-discipline, build confidence and learn to set goals. We train in the gymnasium at Emmanuel Baptist Fellowship. Adults 6:00pm - 8:00pm

$15.00 per student / per month
Family Rate: $30.00 / per month (2 or more)
